Rebecca is the first therapist that I have been to. I never thought of changing to another therapist after the first moment I met her. She is very easy to talk to, and that’s an understatement. I felt extremely open with her in starting my journey to getting and feeling better. Talking to her and being open was a great way for me to feel better. Knowing you have someone as comfortable as Rebecca as your therapist makes every session something I look forward to.
I began to realise my self-worth, knowing and understanding my life without any judgements passed by her. All the self-care suggestions that she dispensed to me have been priceless in making me feel better.
